Flora’s Dive & Resort is owned and managed by our family, the Floras, and it is one of
the few fully filipino owned resorts on Siquijor island.
Neal, the owner was working as a divemaster in Kiwi Resort for over 20 years. He also worked
as a freelance divemaster in Tubbataha Reef during summers.
In 2011 he decided to separate and build his own resort with
the help of his family. The resort is now run by us: Neal
and his sons Chris, Chad and Bud, and other family members:
Don-Don, Inking and Sabel.
Neal has over 30 years experience
in diving and knows the best diving
spots around the island and will guarantee that every single
dive you have will be worth it. Chris, Chad, Bud, Don-Don
and the girls will ensure a pleasant and unforgettable stay
in our little paradise by taking care of the services:
cooking delicious meals, cleaning, organising transportation
and activities around the island, babysitting, etc.

How to find us:
We are located on Siquijor island in Cangbagsa, Larena. From Larena pier it is a 5 minute, from Siquijor
pier a 20 minutes tricycle ride to the resort.
Manila to Dumaguete
The fastest and most convenient way to reach Dumaguete from Manila is by air. There are
several flights a day operated by Cebu Pacific Air and Air Phil Express. The travel time is
about. 45 min.
From Dumaguete airport it takes about 15 min by tricycle, van or multicab to the harbour.
Cebu to Dumaguete
Cebu you have the choice to travel to Dumaguete by sea, land or air.
By sea:
Ocean Jet operates daily between Cebu and Siquijor via Tagbilaran (Bohol) and
Dumaguete.
By land:
Ceres bus operates the route from Cebu to Lilo-An port on Cebu island from where you can
take a fast boat (20-30 min) to Sibulan. From Sibulan take a V-hire or multicab to Dumaguete
port.
By air:
Cebu Pacific Air operates one direct flight daily from Cebu to Dumaguete. Travel time 35
min. From Dumaguete airport it takes about 15 min by tricycle, van or multicab to the
harbour.
Dumaguete to Siquijor island
Getting to Siquijor island is quite easy and hassle free via Dumaguete.
Several shipping companies operate between Dumaguete and Siquijor island. Their schedule
changes frequently and without notice. Therefore the best idea is to call for information on
schedules and fares on the following numbers:

The travel time with fast crafts (e.g. Ocean Jet, Delta) is about 1 hour, with slow ferry
about 2 hours.
